· Educate the foodservice consultant with all historical
background and current information on griddles in the industry
· Arm the FCSI Consultant with practical up-to-date data of why to specify and when to specify a
particular type of griddle (3 types/ 2 utilities)
Results:
Upon completion of this AccuTemp program, attendees will be technically and practically
armed with current information on griddles. This seminar will provide consultants the information needed to specify the correct piece of equipment for the right
application to better serve their clients.
