types of steamers in the Food Service industry so they can better serve their
clients. ·
When to specify electric utilities and why? ·
When to specify gas utilities and why? ·
When to specify boiler based units and why? ·
When to specify boiler-less units and why? ·
Educate the designer with all historical
background and current information on steamers in our industry. ·
Arm the FCSI Consultant with practical up to date data ( the ABC’s )
of why to specify and when to specify a
particular type of steamers ( 2 types/ 2 utilities) Results:
The expected results are that the FCSI consultants
upon completion of the AccuTemp seminar with be technically and practically armed
with current information on steamers. This information will allow the
consultants the tools to specify the correct piece of equipment for the right
application. This course will guide the consultants to know the differences in
the 2 types. With so much commodity equipment in our industry, sorting out
differences is a key factor to a consultant’s success. This seminar will enable
the consultant to better serve their clients.
