·      Cost comparisons vs traditional equipment

·      Energy cost savings and other “Green” benefits

·      How to determine the right product(s) for each application

-       Live demo and attendee hands on participation - 60 minutes

·      Live demo by instructor in a variety of high wattage microwave/steamer ovens and combination ovens

·      Attendee hands on with application cooking and programming
