10:30 to 12:00 - New sustainable refrigeration rack system. (Eco-Cool, RDT’s Brand)

Speakers: Brent Dyess, Harry Walden and Doug Reasoner.

Discussion: The advantages of a new digital (Eco-Cool) rack system showing energy and installation savings. Review a third party study by UL. Discuss cost comparisons between standard and digital systems and possible energy rebates.

12:00 to 1:30 - Working lunch

Topic: On demand defrost system and monitoring system for evaporators. (Eco-Smart, RDT’s Brand)

Speakers: Brent Dyess and Harry Walden.

Discussion: Energy saving systems that reduces the amount of defrost cycles in a freezer evaporator and the built in monitoring capabilities. Review retrofit systems for existing evaporators already in the field.
