Summary

True would like to invite our consultant partners to tour our facilities to see what’s new in the world of refrigeration. Please contact your True rep to plan a visit.

-       Plant Tour:  Consultants will have the chance to see not only how the cabinet is put together, but also to discuss the refrigeration system and the quality parts used inside the unit. The tour also highlights some of the new offerings such as powder coating, hydrocarbon refrigerant, and new spec package models.

-       Basic Refrigeration School: Part of the day will be spent in our training facility, learning the ins and outs of refrigeration. Consultants will learn all about the refrigeration cycle, including all the necessary parts and their functions. Proper maintenance requirements will be discussed, as well as the effects improper maintenance has on a unit. We will discuss True’s journey through its hydrocarbon refrigerant transformation and the state of refrigerant used throughout the country and the world.

-       Showroom Tour: In our showroom, consultants will have a chance to see the full line of refrigeration equipment True has to offer. We will discuss current trends in Foodservice and Retail, as wells as the new equipment True has planned for the future.

Learning Objectives

After visiting True, consultants will take with them a better understanding of not only the full package True offers to the foodservice marketplace, but also the ins and outs of a refrigeration system. Consultants will leave with the knowledge needed to educate their customers on proper maintenance and normal functionality of all the parts of the refrigeration system, which will help extend the life of the unit. They will also learn about new types of refrigerants and new laws put in place around the country and world pertaining to refrigerants.
